Return Instructions:
Include the return form that was in your original package in your return package. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining tracking on your package. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please note the order numbers on the return form. The store credit will be sent to your email in form of a gift card. Please allow up to 3 business days for return to be processed. *Please allow additional time during sales and holidays.

Return Information:
- You can return items for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds
- Returns must be made within 10 days from delivery of package.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with any tags or packaging.
- All SALE merchandise, accessories, camis, leggings, bralettes, bodysuits, gift cards, all special orders and orders with a discount of 25% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and scent-free. If items appear worn, has makeup or other stains, smell of smoke, pet or other odors, or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be returned in another box or shipping bag to avoid damage. Do not tape or attach shipping labels on the original shoe box. Shoes purchased with a discount of 40% or more will be shipped without the original box.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you.
- If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us with a photo showing damage/defects contact@shopceona.com. All claims must be made within 3 days (M-F) of delivery date. We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed.
- All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
- Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or items changed.
- Exchanges: Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we cannot offer exchanges on items.
Comment Sold Orders:
- Comment Sold orders will be issued credit to their Comment Sold account instead of a gift card.
- You will have 2 separate order numbers: Comment Sold order number and the order number on your printed invoice. When processing a return, enter the order number that was listed on your invoice.
